How much does the service cost?
We charge by the pound. It is $1.25/lb for regular items and $2.00/lb for large items like comforters, rugs, pillows, etc.
When is the service available
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.........10am - 8pm
Saturday and Sunday.....................................................10am - 10pm
Is there a minimum order?
Yes it is 15lbs, which is $18.75
Will my laundry be washed with anyone else's?
No, we process each order separately from start to finish.
What is the turnaround time?
Most orders are same day. All orders are done within 24 hours.
Do I need to sort my laundry?
No, we can separate your whites, darks, and colors for you.
Can you treat stains?
If you point them out at drop off we will do our best to remove them.
What type of products do you use?
We use high quality products (Tide, Downey, Clorox) or you can bring in your favorite and we will return the unused portion.
Can my clothes be air dried?
Yes, just point out what needs to be air dried at drop off
I don't want my clothes folded. Can you hang them?
Of course, please bring hangers with you.
I want my laundry done in a specific way. Is that possible?
Absolutely! You select the temperature, detergent, fabric softener (if you want any). What temperature to dry and how to fold.
